Property Management

For Free Company offers its clients a full range of property maintenance services. We don’t only maintain the property, but also safeguard the interests and investment of the purchaser.

We will specify the levels of service and staffing levels appropriate for a five star resort and will calculate the budget and the anticipated maintenance fee for the early years following Delivery of the Virgin Island project. It will be our aim at all times to establish and maintain the levels expected of a five star resort. We will abide by best accounting practice and will aim at all times to provide a detailed breakdown of all expenditure using principles of total transparency.

However, we would like to state from the outset that it is not the intention of For Free Company to be personally responsible for the management of the Virgin Island project. Under Egyptian Law the owners have the right to elect their own committee to decide on the level of services required for their resort and to appoint an executive committee to set the budget and to dismiss the management company or appoint a new one based on democratic principles.

Beach Maintenance

Luxury designed private beach, equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, mattresses, showers, restrooms and stylish beachside café, requires high quality maintenance. Our professional staff will care about the beach cleanliness and beach equipment.

Full Service:

  • Collection of waste
  • Clean the debris from the shoreline that is left after periods of high water
  • Clean and sweep off walkways and ramps
  • Maintenance of umbrellas, sun beds, mattresses

Swimming Pools Maintenance

We provide complete cleaning service for swimming pools, using only the finest industrial-strength pool chemicals and materials.

Full Service:

  • Test water for correct chemical amount, add all chemicals as needed
  • Fresh water replacement
  • Brush Tile
  • Vacuum pool
  • Check water level and make adjustments as required
  • Backwash

Underground Parking Maintenance

We provide a full service to keep underground parking area clean and free of litter.

Security Service

Year-round security service, video cameras surveillance, as well as fire system solutions 24 hours a day keeps order and safety throughout the territory of the complex.

Perimeter and premises guarding

There are six specific guard posts in the complex with full visual overview of all parts of a complex. We provide 14 security guards working in two shifts.

  • Complex main gate: two securities
  • Complex back gate: one security
  • Beach gate: one security
  • The beach: one security
  • Parking, storage areas: one security
  • Commercial area: one security

Closed-circuit television

Video cameras surveillance provides continuous monitoring of gates, entrances, underground parking and other premises of complex.

Fire safety system

Fire detection and alarm systems ensure that a fire is detected quickly and a warning given, allowing people to escape safely and the emergency services to be notified.

Organization of the cleaning service

Cleaning staff care about the cleanliness of thecommon parts of the complex, beach, staircases, elevators, public restrooms, basement and parking area, and engage in daily rubbish removal. Rubbish collections take place several times per day and store in a refuse storage area on the back of complex until it will be removed by local waste collection company.

Landscape maintenance

We provide quality services for the landscape care. Our creative gardeners will keep public green areas, paving, flower beds, fountains looking neat, beautiful and impressive.

Pest Control

We provide an extensive Pest Control Service on a wide range of pests.

Electrical Maintenance

Plumbing Maintenance

Number of staff: one plumber

Full Service:

  • Maintaining water booster pumps
  • Maintaining main water tanks

Annual Maintenance Agreements

We have a service contracts with a reputable companies for maintenance of:

Human Resources

We look for the most qualified, experienced, and innovative employees and associates to ensure that they are dedicated to playing an active role in the success in managing of each of our property projects.   

Network specialist

Number of staff: one network specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Daily follow up, maintain and troubleshoot  the Wi-Fi, Satellite, Internal Phone lines
  • Provide weekly reports

Accountant

Number of staff: one accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up all the financial and  tax transactions
  • Provide a detailed breakdown of all expenditure
  • Prepare the yearly balance sheet

Public Relations and receptionist

Number of staff: two

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships between the residents and Management Company
  • Receive and follow up all the remarks and requirements of the residents
  • Receive and Follow up all the E-mails of the residents

Administration Manager

Number of staff: one

Responsibilities - managing the following teams:

Accommodations

Accommodation is provided to all employees through either renting flats or adding allowances to their salaries.
